14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to buy with confidence. If a plugin is not working out for you, let us know within 14 days of your original purchase and we will refund it in full. We would appreciate a chance to fix the problem first, but we will not make you accept one.

To request a refund, contact us through the support form using the email address on your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the same currency you paid in, usually within a few business days of approval.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Renewals. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plugin. Renewal payments are not refundable, which is why we email you well before each one so you can cancel in time.
• Licence upgrades. Moving to a higher tier is not a new purchase, so upgrade payments are not covered.
• Requests made after 14 days. The clock starts on the date of your original purchase.
• One guarantee per customer. The money-back guarantee can be used once per customer.
